Davis 'Hallo-Treating'

Davis had a WONDERFUL time trick or treating, which he called 'Hallo-Treating'!!!! We don't know where he got that from, but that is what he called it!! haha! Obviously, Davis was a pirate for Halloween!! We went to the neighborhood Publix where they had games for treats and then when to several houses in the neighborhood. The culdesac across the street from us had games set up for the kids and we thought Davis would never want to leave! But we got him to leave to go see our neighbor 'Mr. Bill', which is the last picture. Davis wanted lolli-pops at every house. He didn't care about the chocolate or any other available candy......but the lolli-pops are ALL his! He has been wanting to eat them ever since......no food, just more lolli-pops!!!

Pumpkin Fest - Downtown Franklin

We took Davis to the Pumpkin Fest last weekend and he had a blast! He went as 'Dr. Veazey', as you will see below! It was a little chilly first thing in the morning so he had to wear his Kentucky hat, which got him all kinds of attention - CATS fans everywhere!!! haha! He really LOVED seeing Elmo! He could hardly stop hugging him! He and Kason had fun playing the games, of course!

Chattanooga Aquarium

Davis and Kason had a blast seeing all of the animals at the aquarium. Davis's liked the penguins and the sharks the best!! He talked about them for days after our trip!

Davis' First time Bowling!!

Davis had fun bowling and Grant and I really enjoyed watching him! It was the little kiddie bowling and he did not understand at first that he had to aim at the pens. He would just through it in any direction. Haha!!


Davis's high score was 68!!! He even got one STRIKE!!!
After bowling, Davis enjoyed playing lots of games!!!

Father's Day Weekend

Davis and Aidan had so much fun driving around - FOR HOURS!!!!

In between all of the driving, we managed to go downtown to a Mardi Gras parade!!

Memorial Day Weekend - Fort Walton Beach

Davis absolutely LOVED the beach! He seemed to enjoy the pool area better then the actual beach (although to him the pool WAS the beach)! He had lots of fun in the kiddie pool and even more fun when his friend Kason came to play with him. They especially liked the 'pirate slide'!!

Davis wore his little life jacket vest when he went to the 'big boy' pool!!

Davis thought the lazy river was great for about two laps. Then he was 'all done'!! He especially liked the waterfalls!

Davis and Kason enjoyed dancing while the band played at dinner!

Long Over Due Post - Aidan & Davis (March 08)

Aidan and Davis had a great time playing with each other! As you can see, they did everything together - from making the bed and sleeping, to bathing , playing the piano, eating, and playing with puzzles. Aidan loved showing Davis the ropes!!!

It snowed the day before Aidan came. Davis liked playing in the snow. It was all melted by noon - so he had to play quick!! The way he would say 'snow' was 'no, momma, no momma' It was so sweet. He really did like it but at the same time would say - 'cold, momma, cold'!!

Davis' great grandma (Mama Ouida or as Davis says 'Mama Lalala') went down the huge slide and loved it!
